Part 1, "Forest Fashion" and "Toxic Fairie" Series with Felicia

Felicia, with forest fashion, how to dress to impress when you are in the woods, with no one looking.
The old question, "If you are alone in the woods, is it fashion?"
With all thats going on in the world and world's news, you may ask "why the hell are you shooting psydo fashion?" after throwing a rasberry your way, my reply is "Exactly"
And if you are reading the news and arn't upset, I would suggest some advanced reading for understanding courses.

I will shoot fashion.

These are some of the final pictures from my shoot with Felicia, Im starting to think of it as my "Toxic Fairie Series" anyway, expect more along this vein. above: Stalked by a Fairie. This picture (above) breaks all the rules of fashion: which is why I like it
Toxic Fairie changing costumes, hey fairies have to change clothes sometimes also
Toxic Fairie aggravated (what could a woods/forest fairie possibly be aggravated about?) Posted by Picasa

Lucy Sept 30th 2006

It was Lucy's second time in front of a camera. I was honored to be able to shoot with her.

She is 16 years old. Great to work with.
There are few people in this world like Lucy, she will be what ever she wishes and strives for.
Or at least that was the feeling I had while working with this incredible person.
We will see more of this person. Hopefully she will remain wanting to be in front of the camera.

Saturday at Oakledge Park, part trice

During the shoot, Christie's Photographer finished up, so we invited her to our group, and got these shots.

Christie is very easy to work with, takes direction great.

Im looking forward to working with both girls again soon.

Saturday, at Oakledge Park part deux

Erica was very natural, she animated up towards the end of the set. (err... just when my batteries started dying)
But I walked away with some great pictures.

Love the above shirt, it was far more detailed then the digital media picked up, I would like to have shot with it more. This picture needed a neckless, and earrings, a little to late to realize this, but hey thats photography.

Last Saturday, at Oakledge Park

Had a great shoot at Oakledge Park, I like working with David Russel. He keeps me shooting, when nothing else is going on.
When the girl I was supposed to shoot with made a no-show, he paired me up with a photog named James, we both shot with Erica. These are some of the shots from that session.

Usually early on with any new girl, the pictures are more like portraits than fashion, but as one gets used to being in front of a camera, (its like trying to be natural with a couple of people just staring at you). the pictures start getting better, and more and more of the pictures come out great.
